Listen to our daily Beach 'cast?
Well, if you've listened to the daily beach conditions podcasts (a.k.a., the "daily beach 'cast"), no doubt you've noticed that they are computer generated. This
is because we gather data from a number of different sources such as the National Weather Bureau, and compile
it here as a podcast for you to take away on your MP3 player.
The downside of this being a computer process is that it sounds like Steven Hawking is telling you what a great beach day it is.
Well, we are currently taking donations to fund the purchase of new voice software for our beach reports. It'd be nice if
the reports could be a little more "human", don't you think?
